1. About Poni Post
Poni Post is a web-based social media content publishing and scheduling application developed by Poni Klark Studio. These Terms govern access to and use of Poni Post and its integrations with supported third-party platforms.
2. Authorized use
You may connect only social-media accounts that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that content published through Poni Post complies with applicable law and the rules of each connected platform.
3. Third-party platforms
Poni Post may connect to services such as TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, VK and other supported platforms through their official APIs or authorization mechanisms. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies and availability.
4. Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content submitted through Poni Post. By initiating a publication, you instruct Poni Post to transmit the selected content and metadata to the connected platform using the permissions you granted through OAuth or another authorized connection method.
5. Account security
You are responsible for protecting access to the Poni Post dashboard and for promptly revoking platform access if you suspect unauthorized use. Poni Post does not request the password of connected social-media accounts when OAuth authorization is available.
6. Service availability
Poni Klark Studio may update, suspend or modify Poni Post to maintain security, compatibility or functionality. Third-party API changes, outages, rate limits or review requirements may temporarily affect publishing features.
7. Prohibited use
Poni Post must not be used to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content; bypass platform restrictions; access accounts without authorization; or misuse third-party APIs.
8. Privacy
Information processed by Poni Post is described in the Privacy Policy. Platform credentials and tokens are used only to provide authorized application functions.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated as Poni Post evolves or as connected-platform requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
